Registration is now open!

Registered swimmers are asked to attend our Sign Up and Sizing Night on Thursday, March 12 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Rec Centre pool to be fitted for their shirts (optional suits, hoodies) and to drop off deposit cheques.  Questions please ask our Registrar.


We’ve introduced new tiered registration fees to better reflect squad costs – pool time, coaching, etc.  Full details can be found on our Programs page.


Optional Club Clothing and Equipment

Marlins T-shirts and caps are provided as part of your registration fee.  Other items are available for purchase through the online registration (and you can get sized during our Sign Up and Sizing night!)

Please remember that swimmers are required to wear a black suit when competing at swim meets.  The suits below are very high quality, competitively priced and have the Marlins logo on them!

  • Girls/Ladies PowerPlus by Speedo – Long style competition suit $93

In addition to your registration fee, you’ll be asked to fulfill the following:*


Marlins families are required to complete 16 volunteer hours per family plus 4 hours per additional swimmer to include 1 on-deck officiating shift at a sanctioned event for each new family and 2 officiating shifts at a sanctioned event for each returning family. Exceptions could be made by the Executive on a case-by-case basis.  For example, a Mini Marlins swimmer who has not qualified to swim at a swim meet may be exempted from this requirement.  More information can be found on the Get Involved Page.

Deposit required: $400


Marlins keeps its fees low by offsetting registration costs with fundraising opportunities.  For each registered swimmer, families are required to raise $250 and participate in 2 bingos for junior and intermediate squads and 3 bingos for senior squads**.  More detail and a list of current fundraising opportunities can be found on the Fundraising page.

Deposit required: $250/swimmer and $200 for EACH bingo

Withdrawal Policy

Marlins not for you this year?  If you withdraw in writing to the President before May 30 you will be refunded your registration fee minus expenses incurred by the Marlins on behalf of your swimmer (i.e. ASSA registration fee).  Refunds after May 30 will be for medical reasons only and considered on a case by case basis.

*Get Your Feet Wet swimmers are not required to fulfill any volunteer, fundraising or bingo commitments

** Mini Marlins swimmers are not required to fulfill any bingo commitments
